Instructions

1. Start with clean, dry skin. 

2. Dispense an appropriate amount of lotion onto your hands and warm it up by rubbing your palms together.

3. Apply the lotion to the desired area of your body. Gently massage the lotion into your skin in a circular motion, applying moderate pressure as needed.

4. Continue massaging until the lotion is fully absorbed into your skin. Reapply as needed to ensure maximum relaxation and benefits.

For best results, use regularly as part of your self-care routine. Store the lotion in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
