Amazing machine and craftsmanship! Doesn’t lose suction and is effective without sounding like a shop vac is beside you. Max mode is still a bit loud however it’s a deeper sound you can comfortably talk over. Regular mode (VERY QUIET) is still super effective at capturing dust and can be used for most purposes. Manufacturer even provides a useful gift and an extra filter for free!

When will I receive my order?
Our nail supply store typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, weather conditions, and courier schedules. Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays, weekends, and non-business days, as couriers do not operate on certain holidays.
Can I check my order?
Yes. We know how important it is to our customers to know when your nail products will arrive. Once your order has been shipped, we supply a tracking number that you can use to track your order and see when it is expected to arrive. We use Canada Post to deliver orders to our customers in Canada. For shipping to the USA, we use UPS or USPS.
Do you provide international shipping?
Level Up Beauty Supply is a Toronto nail supply store. We previously shipped across North America, but due to the ongoing US tariffs situation, we have had to temporarily stop shipping outside of Canada. We hope to resume international shipping as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
For now, we proudly serve customers across Canada, with all orders shipped via UPS and Canada Post. Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order.
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We do offer shipping insurance at checkout, which we strongly recommend to protect your order.
