Luxio - Blue Effects Gel

Luxio effects utilizing the same formula as Luxio® Gloss, infused with tiny delicate sparkles, allowing any Luxio gel tobe transformed into a shimmer with a single layer. Cures to a glossy shine after curing and wiping the inhibition layer. Luxio Effects is slightly less shiny than Luxio® Gloss due to the added sparkles.
