Care Instructions:

Maintain cleanliness at all times.

Lubricate instruments thoroughly after sterilization, and store them separately to prevent contact and damage.

After removing instruments from the sterilization solution, ensure they are rinsed thoroughly, removing all chemical residues, especially around joints and screws, to prevent corrosion and maintain product integrity.

All orders are shipped:

• Next business day, excluding holidays, if the order is placed after 10:00 AM (EST)
• Same business day, excluding holidays, if the order is placed before 10:00 AM (EST)

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.

 CANADA SHIPPING:

• We use Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator and Flashbird carriers.
• The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout ($8.95 CAD - $50 CAD).

• We do not ship Akzentz/Luxio products to Alberta.
• Flammable liquids can only be shipped within the Greater Toronto Area & Greater Montreal Area. Otherwise, they are available for pickup only.

• We use USPS and UPS services.
• The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout ($17 CAD - $70 CAD).
