A long lasting glow in the dark specialty coating. Lights-Out is applied over any colour of finished nail application to add a fun glow-in-the-dark effect.

Recommended Use:

Use before top coat to create a glow-in-the-dark effect. Use over any Akzéntz colour or builder gel.

Lights-Out is not a top coat and requires sealing with either a top coat (example: Shine-On) for a durable and long lasting effect.
