LIGHTS-OUT UV/LED 'Glow In The Dark Gel'

Illuminate your nail art with Lights-Out. A unique effect gel that is applied between colour and top coat to add a fun and long-lasting glow in the dark effect. Lights-Out comes in an easy to apply "polish" format and can be used with any gel system.
