Loona Colour Rubber Base 11

How to use:

• Apply LOONA Colour Rubber Base over a well prepped nail, in one or two thin layers!
• Can be used without base coat! 
• Cure in UV FOR 2min or LED for 1min.

• Same business day, excluding holidays, if the order is placed before 10:00 AM (EST)

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.

• We use Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator and Flashbird carriers.

• We do not ship Akzentz/Luxio products to Alberta.
• Flammable liquids can only be shipped within the Greater Toronto Area & Greater Montreal Area. Otherwise, they are available for pickup only.

USA SHIPPING:

• We use USPS and UPS services.
• The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout ($17 CAD - $70 CAD).
