No Returns or Refunds:

- Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective.
Defective Products:

- If you receive a defective cosmetic product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange/refund. Proof of defect (e.g. photos) may be required.
Equipment
Returns for New Items:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns of non-defective items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Equipment:

- If your equipment is found to be defective within the first 14 days of purchase, we will offer an exchange.
- After 14 days, defective equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms provided with your product.
- Proof of defect and the original purchase date must be provided to initiate an exchange or warranty claim.
- Upon receiving a defective item, we will inspect the equipment to verify the defect. If the item is deemed non-defective, it will be returned at customer's expense.
Return Shipping Instructions:

- All items returned via post or carrier must be securely packaged in a separate shipping box.
- The return label must be applied to the shipping box only. No labels should be applied directly to the original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation Fee:

- Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- This fee covers bank processing, restocking, administrative costs.

- Proof of Purchase: All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims require proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

- Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
