Salon Partner Program – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Level Up Beauty Salon Partner Program. By applying for and participating in the program, applicants agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Eligibility
The Salon Partner Program is intended exclusively for commercial salons operating as professional beauty service providers.
To qualify for the program, applicants must:
- Operate a legitimate commercial salon business
- Submit a completed application form
- Provide official provincial or municipal business documentation or license confirming the operation of a salon
Level Up Beauty Inc. reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary to verify eligibility.
All applications will be manually reviewed. Level Up Beauty reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information at its sole discretion.
2. Account Approval and Access
Once approved, the salon will receive access to the Salon Portal, where partner pricing will be available.
Salon Partner accounts are issued to approved businesses only and may not be shared, transferred, or used to place orders on behalf of third parties.
Participation in the program is limited strictly to approved accounts. Access to salon pricing is non-transferable and intended solely for the approved business.
Level Up Beauty Inc. reserves the right to suspend or revoke program access at any time if these terms are violated.
3. Minimum Order Requirement
To qualify for Salon Partner Program discounts:
- Orders must reach a minimum value of $600 CAD
- The minimum must be calculated before taxes and discounts
Orders below the minimum threshold will not qualify for partner pricing.
There is no requirement for monthly or quarterly purchases. However, each order placed under the program must meet the minimum order requirement.
4. Brand Discount Structure
Partner discounts apply only when the minimum order requirement is met.
All participating brands in the Salon Partner Program are currently eligible for up to 15% partner discount, which is applied automatically once the minimum order value is reached.
The following brands and product categories are currently excluded from the program:
Saeshin
Saeyang
Medicool
Items on Sale/Clearance
Level Up Beauty Inc. reserves the right to modify brand participation, program conditions, or discount levels at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping
Orders placed through the Salon Partner Program qualify for free shipping within applicable regions.
6. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
No credit terms are provided under the Salon Partner Program.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
7. Product Inspection and Defective Items
All products must be inspected upon receipt.
Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to Level Up Beauty Inc. within 7 days of delivery.
Requests must include clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe or failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the request being declined.
8. Returns and Order Cancellations
Products purchased through the Salon Partner Program are subject to the standard Level Up Beauty Inc. return policy.
Opened, used, or damaged products may not be returned unless confirmed to be defective.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, in accordance with our standard company policy.
9. Resale Policy
Products purchased under the Salon Partner Program may be used professionally or resold to clients only at or above the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).
MSRP pricing may be:
- requested directly from Level Up Beauty Inc., or
- found on our website.
Products purchased under the program may not be advertised or sold below MSRP without prior written authorization from Level Up Beauty Inc.
Exception:
Products from Akzentz/Luxio purchased under this program may not be resold and are intended for professional salon use only.
Failure to comply with these resale policies may result in immediate removal from the program.
10. Online Marketplace Restrictions
Products purchased through the Salon Partner Program may not be sold or distributed through third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms, without prior written authorization from Level Up Beauty Inc.
The Salon Partner Program is intended to support professional salon services and in-salon retail sales to clients, not for large-scale online resale.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Salon Partner account, cancellation of pending orders, and removal from the Salon Partner Program.
11. Professional Use
Certain products available through the Salon Partner Program are intended for professional use only.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all products are used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
Level Up Beauty Inc. is not responsible for misuse or improper application of professional products.
12. Program Integrity and Verification
The Salon Partner Program is intended to support professional salons and working technicians.
Level Up Beauty Inc. reserves the right to periodically verify the eligibility of participating salons and may request updated documentation at any time to confirm continued qualification for the program.
Any misuse of the program, including but not limited to:
- providing false or misleading information
- purchasing on behalf of non-approved businesses
- violating resale policies
- abusing discount privileges
may result in immediate suspension or termination of program access.
13. Discount Combinations
Salon Partner Program discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or special offers, unless explicitly stated by Level Up Beauty Inc.
14. Order Acceptance and Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and verification.
Level Up Beauty Inc. reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or other operational issues.
15. Program Changes
Level Up Beauty Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the Salon Partner Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
