Medium (blue) and Coarse (green) bits are recommended for removing cuticle, removing the gloss of natural nails prior to applying acrylic nails, and treating hyperkeratosis, small corns and calluses. Fine (red) bits are recommended for polishing the cuticle, cleaning nail groove, and polishing skin after treating hyperkeratosis, small corns and calluses.

Upon completion of the work with a client, all bits that were used to perform the procedure must be washed, cleaned, sterilized and dried. A solution of at least 70% alcohol is recommended for effective disinfection.
