USER INSTRUCTIONS & SAFETY TIPS 

To ensure your device functions safely and reliably, and to maintain the validity of your warranty, please follow the operating guidelines below.
Please note: Damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow these instructions will not be covered under warranty.

Direction Change

• Always reduce the RPM to “0” before switching rotation direction (from Forward to Reverse or vice versa).
• Switching directions at high speed can damage the motor and internal parts.

Handpiece Use

• Never turn on the device without a nail bit inserted in the handpiece.
• Always keep a nail bit or a dummy bit inserted when the machine is turned off to protect the handpiece spindle from damage over time.

Power Use

• Turn off the device completely when not in use, even between clients.
• At the end of each day, power off and unplug the machine to prevent overheating and extend its lifespan.

 Additional Tips

• Keep ventilation areas free of dust and obstructions.
• Use only compatible handpieces and certified accessories.
• Clean and disinfect your e-file regularly for hygiene and peak performance.

All orders are shipped:

• Next business day, excluding holidays, if the order is placed after 10:00 AM (EST)
• Same business day, excluding holidays, if the order is placed before 10:00 AM (EST)

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.

• We use Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator and Flashbird carriers.
• The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout ($8.95 CAD - $50 CAD).

• Greater Toronto Area Delivery: $8.95 CAD
• Greater Montreal Area Delivery: $10.95 CAD

• We do not ship Akzentz/Luxio products to Alberta.
• Flammable liquids can only be shipped within the Greater Toronto Area & Greater Montreal Area. Otherwise, they are available for pickup only.

USA SHIPPING:

• We use USPS and UPS services.
• The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout ($17 CAD - $70 CAD).
  
  We are not responsible for shipping delays, additional fees, or lost parcels due to incorrectly provided shipping addresses.
