All orders are shipped:
- Next business day, excluding holidays, if the order is placed after 10:00 AM (EST)
- Same business day, excluding holidays, if the order is placed before 10:00 AM (EST)
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
CANADA SHIPPING:
- We use Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator and Flashbird carriers.
- The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout ($8.95 CAD - $50 CAD).
Local Delivery (Greater Toronto Area & Greater Montreal Area):
- Greater Toronto Area Delivery: $8.95 CAD
- Greater Montreal Area Delivery: $10.95 CAD
Important Restrictions:
- We do not ship Akzentz/Luxio products to Alberta.
- Flammable liquids can only be shipped within the Greater Toronto Area & Greater Montreal Area. Otherwise, they are available for pickup only.
USA SHIPPING:
- We use USPS and UPS services.
- The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout ($17 CAD - $70 CAD).
We are not responsible for shipping delays, additional fees, or lost parcels due to incorrectly provided shipping addresses.
