Lunamoon Opal Base 06

Opal Base is a camouflaging base for nail coating and leveling.

Features:

• Low acidity (pH of 5-6).
• Elastic and flexible.
• Provides a high level of natural nail coverage due to high pigmentation.
• May show minimal shrinkage during wear because it is elastic.
• Medium consistency.
• Ensures wear without liftings for 3-4 weeks.
• Has a neutral odor.
• Hypoallergenic.
• Easily removable by filing or with a solution.
• Self-leveling and non-flowing.
• Requires an undercoat with Rubber base LUNAmoon.
• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.
• Curing time under the lamp is 120 seconds.
• Lamp power for drying should be 36-48 W (only the original lamp should be used).
• Main rule during leveling: the thickness at the edge of the nail should be 0.5 mm.
• Thixotropic – becomes thinner if the brush is moved during work.

Application method:

• Removal.
• Do not file the nail shape. Either leave 2 mm in length, which will be removed after leveling.
• Use a 220 grit file gently from the top, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buff.
• Manicure.
• If working with cuticle softeners, wash hands with soap and water afterward.
• Degrease the nail using Nail Prep. Use two approaches. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the surface of the nail. Second approach: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it, and wipe around the cuticle area and in the grooves.
• Primer can be used optionally, but if the undercoat base has sufficient acidity, a primer is not needed.
• Apply an undercoat with Rubber base Lunamoon. Best applied with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. It is important to paint all nail grooves. Dry for 60 seconds.
• Remove stickiness.
• Level with Opal Base LUNAmoon. Dry in the lamp for 90 seconds.
• File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create a thickness at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
• After filing, remove the stickiness.
• Apply the top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after drying as it may lose its shine.
