HOW TO USE:

1. After applying the base or gel polish, cover the entire surface of the nail plate with Top Flash.

2. Polymerize in a UV lamp — 2 min., LED/UV lamp — 1 min. Allow to cool after polymerization.

3. Apply cuticle oil.
