"EASY CONTROL" function – smart electronic forward/reverse switching on the go.
While working with the Krypton II, you can seamlessly switch directions by pressing the button, and the e-file processor will handle the rest. This feature saves both your time and your client’s, while also significantly reducing the risk of device malfunction. In simple terms: you’re switching from manual control to automatic.
"FREE FOOT" function – upgraded foot pedal operation.
In most drill machines, the handpiece only works with constant pressure on the pedal, which causes leg strain and makes the pedal seem unnecessary. With the Krypton II, the pedal functions as a pause button. In foot control mode, you set the desired speed, press the pedal once, and work. If you need to pause, just press the pedal again. When you press it again, the machine will resume at the pre-set speed, saving you even more time.
"PROTECTION+" function – overload protection.
This well-known feature has been revised and improved.
It protects your e-file from overloading and prevents damage in situations where the bit is inserted but the handpiece lock isn't fully closed or if the machine is turned on without the bit properly installed. After 3-5 seconds, the machine will beep, display the error code E4, and automatically lock to prevent damage to the micromotor or collet.
This feature is also useful if the bit size is not appropriate for the set speed. For instance, if you're using a heavy nail bit or podo disc at high speeds for an extended time, the machine will detect the overload limit, issue an error, and stop working. Simply pause briefly to reset the e-file.
